The issue, the plan
Recently I learned I am eating enough protein daily to fuel a 9-13 year old child! Which would be great! Except I'm over 40! And I have 9-13 year old children to keep up with!
So that's the issue.
The plan is to eat more protein. I'm starting at a modest/shockingly inadequate 26g so at least improvement shouldn't be too far out of reach!
