Egg and cheese breakfast sandwich

English muffin 6g
American cheese 3g

How to make a round egg:
In a microwavable bowl, put about half a teaspoon of butter. Melt it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Crack an egg into the bowl, pierce the yolk multiple times with a fork. Microwave for 18 seconds, loosen the edges with a fork, cook again for 18 seconds, loosen again and repeat until the egg is firm.
Place egg on half of English muffin, season to your preference, add cheese and other half of English muffin.
