Protein supplement drink, 30g

 I would theoretically prefer to get protein (and every nutrient) from whole food products but let's be real - that wasn't happening. So this is a protein drink that does not taste terrible but has 30g (!!) of protein. It's kind of a big deal. (Nobody's paying me to say this - I just bought it at Target)

 Isopure 20g protein/scoop added to water. About $35, Target.  I don't hate it. It's not chalky tasting but they're very specific about letting it settle and not drinking it until the foam is gone. The first time it reminded me a little of a fruity medicine I took as a kid but the second time it didn't. Just tasted like a fruity drink. I put it in a shaker bottle with water and ice and shake it 3 separate times before drinking. This is the tropical fruit flavor and it's a nice way to get extra protein without the heft of the thicker protein powders or shakes. Next time I will try mixed berry.
